Persevere On Purpose (POP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to dismantling barriers and promoting economic growth in individuals and the communities we serve.
We foster community engagement by offering resources, access, and training to cultivate entrepreneurship. POP's primary emphasis is on developing the confidence, self-awareness, and skills of girls and women, empowering them to excel in life and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Founders Alisha Allen and Torri Grice, who have successfully launched and managed profitable businesses, are eager to share their knowledge with girls and women globally. After years of pursuing their own dreams, overcoming setbacks, and learning from challenges, they are now committed to empowering young girls and women to step into the world with confidence and purpose. They firmly believe that women play a pivotal role in strengthening communities.
Their vision is to create a purpose-driven world, one woman at a time, by connecting the mind, body, and soul.
